The platform does not offer professional certification, competitive rankings with prizes, guaranteed skill improvement, or career placement services.
Content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Success in quizzes or modules does not translate to improved gaming performance, employment opportunities, or other tangible benefits beyond knowledge acquisition.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, providing accurate registration information, using the platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and respecting intellectual property rights. Prohibited activities include account sharing, automated bot usage, content scraping, harassment of other users, and any attempt to compromise platform security.
Misuse may result in account suspension or permanent termination without refund. Users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

User-generated content submitted through feedback forms or community features grants Fresivo a non-exclusive license to use such content for platform improvement purposes.

Our maximum liability for any claims related to platform use is limited to the amount paid by the user in the six months preceding the claim.
