Fresivo operates on a content access model. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on circumstances, timing of request, and extent of platform usage. We aim to be fair while protecting against abuse of the refund system.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial payment for the subscription or content access being disputed. Accounts with extensive content access (more than 50% of purchased quizzes completed) or prolonged active usage may not qualify for full refunds. Partial refunds may be offered based on usage patterns.
Submit refund requests to [email protected] with your account email, transaction details, and reason for the request. Include any relevant technical issues or concerns. We respond to all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Complex cases may require additional investigation time.
Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 business days from approval notification. Actual credit timing depends on your payment provider and financial institution. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing; PayPal refunds are faster.
Technical issues preventing platform access may qualify for extended refund consideration beyond the standard 14-day window. Document specific errors, timestamps, and attempted troubleshooting steps when contacting support. We may require screenshots or error logs to verify technical problems.
Free content, promotional credits, and completed educational certificates are non-refundable. Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations forfeit refund eligibility.
